Based on a fairy tale from Russia, and included in the tales collected by Aleksandr Afanas'ev, the soft huggable frog turns over to reveal a lovely princess in traditional Russian inspired dress. She is approximately 11" tall when sitting upright.  As with all of my dolls, this is my own copyrighted pattern.  The Frog Princess comes with her story in a small, handmade book.  The Frog Prince, based on a German fairy tale from the Brothers Grimm, is also available.
