Based on the Norwegian fairy tale first collected by Asbjornsen and Moe, this is three dolls in one.  The Great White Bear was actually a prince, cursed by the evil troll queen!  Lift up the bear's head to reveal the true prince.  Or turn the bear over to reveal the Maiden of the North, who fell in love with the prince as a bear, then traveled East of the Sun and West of the Moon to the troll queen's castle to break the spell, all so her love would become human again.  Approximately 12" tall.  As with all of my dolls, this is my own copyrighted pattern.  East of the Sun, West of the Moon comes with her story in a small, handmade book.
